Reno Photo Set #5 (18 Nov 2008)

I paid a surprised visit to our unit during lunch time around 1.30pm. Coincidentally, the workers doing flooring and false ceiling were at the gate.

The tilers were there to put up the skirting for the house.


I had no idea why the workers doing false ceiling were there for. I thought they are going to start working on the false ceiling even before the electrical wirings are done. o_O

I sorta panic and called up my ID's assistant "C". Guess what, "C" told me that those false ceiling workers are not supposed to be there in the first place. They are only to start on Thursday 20th Nov. After some verification, those guys are only bringing up their materials, not to start work. Phew! I had reminded them again that they are not to start until 20th Nov 2008.

In the same phone conversation, "C" assured me that the fan wiring can be shifted after L-box is up. "C" also confirms that a wiring will be done for the fan regulator.

I will be meeting up with "C" again on 20th with her workers. I’ve got to remember to highlight my concerns again regarding wiring, aircon trunking, etc.
