Went up again after work but we were surprised by what awaits us. The electrical works and aircon trunking has been partially done or completed. I hadn't expected it to be so fast. I was expecting the electrician to give me a call to confirm the wiring plan before starting. Seems like my ID jumped the gun and get work started...

Anyway, during the time when we were there, we noticed that the wiring for ceiling fan @ living room hasn't been shifted, and there isn't any wiring prepared for the fan regulator at living room.
The additional power point at TV console wall and the SCV wall jack not done as well.
